Escalation actions not happening
I am sorry to say that escalation actions are not working at the moment. When a task is missed, there are options to increase importance or skip it to next time. Neither of these are currently happening.
At the moment i do not know why, though i suspect it may have something to do with USA changing to daylight saving time, since it is in the last couple of days that it appears to have gone wrong.
I apologise for any inconveniences that this is causing. I will look into it tonight and update with further information when i have it. If you know this is (or isn’t) broken for you, please let me know, with your time zone, so i can build a picture of what is happening.
