Code Tweaking
I have reapplied the changes to make MyChores ready for Rails 2.0. They were mostly fiddly little find/replace things, so i may well have made a couple of mistakes. Please let me know if you see anything!
This time i managed not to make the fatal mistake that i made this morning - which allowed everyone to log in as me no matter what username/password they gave! Oooops!! I don’t think anybody noticed, but it was still quite embarrassing! Little note to Railers: when doing find(:first) don’t forget your :conditions!! :P
I have also (hopefully) fixed the session problems we were having earlier today, by setting up a new session id name. This means if it does flip back to the old server (as it is still occasionally doing) it won’t confuse the sessions. You will probably need to log in one more time, but after that it should keep you logged in as before. If you still have problems, do let me know!
