MyChores preferences
It’s been a few weeks since i made any updates. I have been really extremely busy with other things, but i’m glad to have had a chance to make a few improvements today.
We now have an enhanced preferences page. As suggested by jamies a long time ago, you can now choose whether your workload list shows all tasks, or just those tasks assigned to you. If you are in a team, you might not be interested in what other members of your team are doing – you just want to see your own tasks. You can also choose how many tasks you want to show on the page at a time.
By default these options are set just the same as they always were. The page size is 20 and you’ll see all tasks. This means nothing has changed except the ability to customise it if you choose to.
There are further customisation options on the way, such as choosing the columns to be displayed on your workload list, and, for supporters, the option to change your login id.
One other other minor change: you can now only delete a team if you were the one who created it. Only the team creator has the power to remove people from the team, so it seemed sensible to make them the only person who can delete it too.
